Cancellation Policy

We require a 24-Hour Notice for appointment cancellations. If you cancel your appointment with less than a 24-Hour Notice, you will be charged 50% of the fee for the appointment you were scheduled for.
This does not apply to appointments scheduled the same day. If you have to cancel due to an illness or an emergency, please call ASAP to let us know.

No Show Policy

If you do not show for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the appointment fee you were scheduled for.
